With a State Domestic Product of $27.4 billion and a growth rate in excess of 6%, major corporations from all over the world are looking at Tamil Nadu to invest.      

Throughout the world the City of Chennai is now being called the “Detroit of India” due to the presence of auto manufacturers Ford and Hyundai. At the same time, software exports have risen to all time highs due to international exposure and capabilities with technology. Chennai has appeal to both business professionals and tourists from all over the world. Such attraction has led to a rise in the standard of living and major investment in the education sector.
